You could subdivide the problem in 2 parts:
1) The form around the columns, which is always the same around each column. That could be just one family that you put at each column. This can be done with a circular array of a generic family. Not difficult.
2) The connections between one piece of every circular form with another. This part is the most difficult part because it is irregular. For this probably you need an adaptive family that goes from one point to another creating the piece.
