cant select the lock icon to adjust offset extensions in my wall types

trying to set offset extensions in my wall types @ the top of wall i cant select the lock icon to open and or close it.
trying to extend both but the GWB portion i cant seem to select the lock to open it and i cant close the stud. any ideas on what causes this?

disregard i figured out why it was not engaging. I had to wait for the lock to turn from blue to yellow to lock or unlock it. it seems very finicky but that is all it was
