First check if the viewrange set in you're ceilingplan would include the modelled ceiling.
Use a section to check if the ceiling falls within the range.
And check phase setting, filters etc...

If the ceiling is placed at 2600+floor level the cutlevel should be lower, like 2300+
And the view depth should be more like 2700+ or the next level.

Ceiling placed at the level of the Ceilingplan? not a level higher or lower?
Checked things like: Category Ceiling on, no view filters etc... (33 STEPS TO FIND STUFF )
Ceiling not blocked by something a floor maybe or Mass, check in a section.
Otherwise share a Image of section/3D or post the file.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Is the ceiling can be seen in the Section View and 3D View?
my ceiling plane is blank I cant see anything. i dont even see the walls that i placed on level one.
Hi@barthbradley you just helped me with the lighting placement. thanks again! could you please help out with this one as well?
Hi @Anonymous ,
i would appreciate if you could provide a screenshot or share the revit file for us to check the problem
Yep, Phasing. You know, @Anonymous , that's one of the 33 @TripleM-Dev.net posted earlier.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Are you planning to use all of these Phases? If not, then leave only one Phase (e.g. Project Completion) to prevent you for encountering those issues again.
Removing it should be done by selecting the Phase combining it with the Next/Previous phase.
You right! (i didnt think its a element issue because i didnt see anything in that view)

Hi @barthbradley ,
Yes. It's just merely a suggestion and it seems to me that it came from some sort of Revit template. Anyways it's up @Anonymous. Checking at the model he's just using the project completion phase only.
You know too much information is also a bad thing.
