I’m experiencing an issue with my Autodesk AEC Collection and Revit LT Suite subscription. I purchased the software on 12/2, but when I try to access it, I’m receiving the message: "Your eligibility to use Autodesk products is undergoing standard export control screening."
It’s now 12/6, and I’ve been in contact with Autodesk technical support multiple times. They created a case and escalated it, but I haven’t received any updates or emails since then. I’ve lost 3 full days of production time, and I have 2 new employees starting next week who need access to the software.
Has anyone else dealt with this issue, and if so, how long did it take to get resolved? I would really appreciate any advice or guidance on how to escalate this further or what steps I can take to resolve this as quickly as possible.
