Your best bet is to go to the most recent back up of the file.

If that is the case, then you will need to work with Product Support to see if the file can be recovered. They may be able to work with development to salvage something form the files you have.

From your Autodesk Profile management page manage.autodesk.com I believe you should be able to file a support request from there. Mine does not look the same as an employee and I don't work in support so I can't say exactly how to get there, but it should be one of the pull down options from the upper right I think.

Hi Rafael, it would be nice to have a channel with the support team, The error mesage clearly says Contact Support, not autodesk forum, we pay a heafty sum of  money for this support...

Daniel,

That's why I got the case.

Of course I can answer you officially from "the case".

In future if you want to contact support please create case in support system, not on forum.

We can get "case" from forum for users with subscription but with delay of time.

Hi Daniel

Development team checked the file and unfortunately it was not possible to fix it.

I am very sorry.

It is recommended to upgrade your Revit version with the latest available SP to prevent file corruption in future:
