Hello, I am trying to make the form provided in the image in revit, I tried to pull it in from sketchup but that does not work. I do not know how to create a wall or edit it 3dimensionally?

hello,
You can
do it in a rather simple mood , using Conceptual Mass : A Solid Form combined with a Void Form

Thank you for the quick reply, theres a part around 2:03 where a small blue box appears after the plane lines, I am confused as how you made those and what the plane does.
The Blue Rectangle that appears in the image is the Work Plane ( the symbol of it ) on which the Void was built. I set this Work Plane around 0:30...and I choose the Show option in order to be sure it is correctly placed...

If you use Sketchup you must be familiar with the "Follow me" tool. Well, in Revit, we can do that, too.
I would create first, a family with the Profile template, containing a simple 2D profile with the exact dimensions, of what I have highlighted in red color.
Then, I would load this profile into a generic family, and create a solid by the method of Sweep, drawing a path as I have highlighted in blue. Then, I would place the profile family on the path and create the sweep. That would create a solid as deep as the depth of the profile, approximately where I drew the dashed green line. The rest is a simple extrusion to complete the depth. Then, I would join the two pieces.
Is there a way to make this form into a void instead? Because just making it a form doesnt allow me to make it into a wall with layers. Thanks
If you want to make a Void of that shape into a Wall , you can do it using :
Both methods allow Parameters ( only my second screencast I' ve used parameters, but they can be applied to method 1 also)
