I cannot COLLABORATE sync to BIM 360 in r2021. No problem in 2019. see marked up jpg, https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xhzquWkirY2jT4FHDyY8GxnUwjfdXOK9/view?usp=drivesdk

What is the fix?
you can refer to this AKN article and see if helps. thanks
If the project to which you are trying to collaborate from Revit 2021 has models that were collaborated from Revit 2019, that project is a 2019 project. I would not expect that you would be able to add a Revit 2021 model to the project unless you upgrade the project, and all included models, to Revit 2021.
David, To test the share to cloud, I've tried to upgrade two models from r2021: both are not linked to other models. They just dont work, result as shown in the jpgs.
As to the project I want to upgrade to r2021 IS a bim-linked model, saved in BIM 360. how can you upgrading the whole project without upgrading one of the models at a time.
I guess I'd have to save locally all linked models, upgrade r2019 to r2021 locally, then collaborate in BIM 360 (not working for r2021).
All this started because the view titles of all drawings suddenly stopped displaying, posted here, not yet solved. A hot mess. It wasn't a priority before but is now. I guess I'll call tech support through our Revit provider.
