Cannot select the view in a sheet

In a sheet with views,  I can not select this view to active it, I move the mouse to that view and try to click but it is not highlighted, otherwise it missed the title below. Anyone can help me?

What if you open the problem-view, switch on the crop border and go back to the sheet - still not able to select it?

Enable pinned element selection.  Button on bottom right of the screen.

I did find the reason and solution. That's because I click the view and type EH (Hide element)
