Cannot Select Individually

Cannot select items individually; can anyone tell me what's wrong?

• Removed view template assigned.
• Design options are not present.

It's one floor with multiple boundaries. If you want to split it, copy paste aligned 3 times, edit each copy and delete all but one boundary.

I think a better way is to convert the floor to a part. Then Divide Parts > Then Draw the boundaries required. Autodesk have this as a workaround. Hopefully this helps someone out/ gives them another option.
