Cannot select guide grid

Revit 2022 Newbie.

I add a guide grid to an existing project sheet.  I then am not able to select the grid in order to manipulate it.

I can select the title block (which is custom) and can activate/deactivate the view.

If I create a new project and add the guide grid to a sheet, I am able to select and edit the guide grid.

Did I somehow corrupt my existing project?

Thanks

Maybe it's pinned and a selection restriction is active?

...if that isn't it, then try creating a new one via "Create New" .

Its not pinned and I removed all of the selection restrictions.

What I do see is if I use a selection window for the entire sheet and then Filter to select just the guide grid, the guide grid is now selected and I can edit it.  I can live with that but wish I knew why it behaves this way.

thanks,

Are you selecting the edge of it?

Do you see the Grid Guide shape handles?

It might be underneath another element, such as a View Boundary.  Use TAB-Select to cycle through overlapping elements.

That was it.  It was underneath the View Boundary.

Thank you for your help.
