Cannot save non-workshared model to the cloud

I have a file without worksets (non-worksharing file). When I try to save-as->cloud model, I get this message:

Which is confusing, as I am indeed on a subscription plan with full administrator rights.

However, when I enable worksets, I can do save as->cloud model just fine:

I am using Revit 2020.2

Anyone know what I need to do to be able to save non-workshared models to the cloud?

What cloud service are you trying to save to?

or

You need a subscription to BIM360.

I have a subscription to BIM360 design. As you can see on the second screenshot, as soon as I enable workets, I can save the model to the cloud just fine.

I am following to steps of this help article: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2020/EN...

I know we didn't used to be able to save non-workshared models to the BIM360 cloud, but I thought this had been enabled a few years ago?

Have you created the project on BIM360 yet? Note, this is not saving the model but rather creating a project directory.

Yes the project already exists on BIM360.

Update: this seems to be connected to the home use license. When we switched to working from home, I requested a home use license (through our AEC collection subscription), which I used on my home computer. The license checker doesn't seem to recognize the home use license as part of our subscription.
