Hi, my coworker’s PC had installed Revit 2017.2 and Revit 2018.2 that came with Dynamo Player.
In both version, Dynamo Player icon appeared but nothing happened when click that icon.
Is anyone happened to find this problem as well? Could you tell me how to fix them or are there anything
we need to install more?
Not sure if your problem is related, but have you tried downloading and installing the latest version of Dynamo 1.3 compatible with Revit 2017 & 2018?
There are many examples of installations of Revit which mess with the dynamo installation. I typically always install Dynamo separately.
be careful, the latest version is 2.0 which you may not want.

Sometimes there are public releases of Dynamo that are more recent than the versions that ship with Revit or other products. Dynamo installers will not replace a newer version of Dynamo with an older version, and so conflicts may arise. See this article: Are you installing Revit-2018? from the dyanmoBIM team for related information.
Do you receive any error message? If so, please send me a screenshot of the error.
Clear your temp folder and cache and try launching the Dynamo player.
Else, I would suggest a clean uninstall of the Dynamo player and run the installation again.
Try using Alt + Tab to see if you can find the window (there is a possibility that the windows is shifted)
