Cannot log into Autodesk from Revit

- The login is button is enabled but when I click on it nothing happens, not even an error message.

- But the Render From Cloud button is enabled even though I'm not logged in.  Isn't it supposed to be grayed out? When I click on that nothing happens as well.

- Otherwise the app works just fine, including regular Render.

- I went to the Autodesk site from my browser to make sure that I could log in to Autodesk and yes, no problems. But I didn't think that was an issue anyway, as the problem seems to be a technical issue from within the app.

- An interesting side note - the login button on Revit always appears in an Asian language (Chinese or Japanese) so I have to pulldown the menu for English.  The app was installed in English.

- I just tried the sign in button from within AutoCad as well.  Same nothing happens.

We're having the same issue on one of our machines with the full (non-student) version.  I've opened a ticket with Autodesk support and if they are able to resolve the problem I will report back here.

I am having the same issues, anyone have any luck on getting it figured out?  I have tried signing in and out of the ADA (Autodesk Desktop App), I have cleared the %TEMP% folder, nothing seems to work.  I have not tried uninstalling or performing a repair yet, I'll try a repair next and see if that works.

Seems to be working well in Revit2020.2 here for me, I was logged out and logged back in.

If it matters, I never install ADA so it has never existed on this Win10Pro PC.

I was finally able to get it to work.  I had to do a clean uninstall of Revit 2020.2, reinstall and update again to 2020.2.  So far it appears to be holding and working.  It was discovered that in my journal file that the logintoautodesk line was missing, not sure how that can go missing or how it could be updated, but the uninstall and reinstall seems to have solved the issue for now.

Well it's only been a month, and I am back to the same issue I had before, my sign-in isn't working and showing Chinese or some symbolic language and I can't access my BIM360 Hub.  I am uninstalling and reinstalling Revit 2020.2 yet again.

I've had exactly the same problem as @jamie_owens_Luminuat yesterday/today. I didn't want to re-install Revit 2020.2 as I have many add-ins that I would then require our IT team to re-install (which can take weeks). I found that by uninstalling and then reinstalling AutoDesk Desktop Connector it solved the issue in Revit, Chinese text disappeared and I was able to log in. Maybe worth trying this first before reinstalling Revit.
