Hi,
I followed all the steps of the site below. However, I do not have any furniture to place in my drawings. Do I have to install these furniture libraries separately?
... if you are connected to internet when installing REVIT the content libraries will be installed
... if you have a fire wall or no connection
... then you have to install those manually
... which version of REVIT do you installed?
... did you download from the site you are showing the specific libraries for your REVIT version?
... did you follow all steps?
... after installation is important to do this:
Follow these steps to set the correct paths to the content within Revit:

Not normally. Can you access any loadable families? Not being able to access one particular folder in the library, is very strange.
@Anonymous: Is it possible you accidentally dragged the "Furniture" folder into another Library folder? Maybe it's in the "Fire Protection" or "Furniture Systems" folder?
Just a thought.
Thank you for your response.
I tried these steps and followed the video about it.
So, far, I do not have any furniture.
I made also the library folders as shown in the video (what seems odd because a library of furniture should already been in place).
Do you know what could be the matter?
There is no furniture inside one of these. C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2019 It is so odd, I really would expect that their would be furniture. I followed all the steps of the link provided in my first message. Including the step of the video wherein I have to make the folder 'US Metric' and 'Detail Items.'
.... unistall REVIT
.... reboot pc
... install REVIT with internet so that way you can get all libraries this will be automatic
... done

Unfortunately I have tried that before. Hmmmmm… I have to find another solution I guess.
I now tried to install it through the Autodesk Desktop App, unfortunately now everything is set to feet and inches. That is a pity.

Thank you for your response, I will try that.
To the developers of Revit: 'I do not want to do that, Revit should just work after installment to my opinion.'
I tried it and I do not have the Areabook Library, Buildingbook Library and Roombook Library in the US Metric version. So, I cannot change the Library Path.
Do you know where to install these libraries?
Thanks in advance for your response.

Those Libraries are installed by add-ins. Don't worry about them.
Your screenshot above shows you have a Libraries Folder. Have you searched in that folder for "Furniture"?
I found the furniture, finally..
By the way, why I should not worry about the other libraries/add-ins?
Where was it???
No, don't worry about the others. They will get installed with the Add-in.
...Was I right? Accidentally dragged into another folder?

During installation you are given the choice of Imperial vs Metric...you can also make sure you are starting with correct template in the file locations under options.
