Cannot delete Linked Revit Rooms from a Schedule

Hey,

-I am using Revit 2016

-It is a MEP model with an Arch & Interior model linked in

-The Interior model has rooms associated with each area

-I adopted all of those Interior rooms from the Interior model into my MEP model

The Issue: Every single workstation is tagged as a separate room. I want to get rid of all of those so it just shows the rooms & tags of the actual spaces (Not each desk)

-I created a Room schedule & isolated all non-placed rooms

-I have no option to delete any number of rows

I can simply delete each individual tag but there are hundreds of these. So I created a Room Schedule because I wanted to easily filter what I want deleted and then remove everything needed. But it will not allow me to do so. I attached a screen shot of the schedule & a portion of a plan that shows the individually-tagged work stations. I want to delete every workstation tag.

Please help,

Thanks!

-Virginia

Don't use their rooms....create your own Spaces in your model.  2017 has an add-in that will create spaces based on the architect's rooms....2018 and up it is built in...(Analyze Tab, Space Naming)

You can only report elements from a link, but cannot modify them.  Create a schedule, tagging, and deleting tags, are reporting so they are okay.  Deleting rows from schedule is not because you are trying to delete actual rooms from the link.

You need to create spaces in your model.
