Cannot Copy elements across projects - Internal Origins not aligned :)

What I am trying to achieve:

Copy elements from one project to another.

Problem:

Elements are being pasted using Internal Origin of each project file.

I cannot align the Internal Origins of my master project file and linked Architects file.

things I have tried:

They both have the correct shared sites as when I link in the Arch file it is correctly positioned to my model. I have positioned my model to the Arch and published back to my model.

Most answers in other threads state that the internal origin is of no importance now. The IO is used to copy/paste (aligned to current view etc, and when not aligned the elements do not paste correctly.

I have tried to link the Arch model. Tab select to the element, copy, then paste to same position. This works but you cannot select similar, so I would have to perform this action 100s of times.

How do I align IO's across all projects to enable me to simply copy/paste to same location???

the internal origin cannot be moved.

You can try binding the links then copying the elements

Thank you for your suggestion. This solution is impractical when you may need to copy multiple elements across multiple projects at multiple times.

I have ended up writing a dynamo code that copies a linked element by type name and pastes it in the same place.

This is not a solution to a very common problem that occurs when multiple companies are distributing their models, that all have different internal origin positions, at different stages of the project.

For anyone who also needs help with this issue, this solution will certainly work. It just cannot scale all too well which may not be an issue for some. Thanks again for the suggestion.
