Hello Everyone,
I have a multi-family project that went from having one first-floor level to needing two first-floor levels.
The original first floor level marker was/is defined as FIRST FLOOR, the first floor levels are now defined as:
UNIT 106 FIRST FLOOR is 11-7/8" lower than level #2.
After creating the new level and setting the walls, floor, roof, various components (cabinets, toilets, sinks, etc), to this new work plane, I discovered the wall cabinets (wall hosted) will not associate to this new level, they are stuck on FIRST FLOOR, even after setting the work plane.
I thought, there are only 4 cabinets so I'll just re-input them and move on with may. I made sure the work plan was set to UNIT 106 FIRST FLOOR and input the first wall cabinet.
No luck, even with the work plane set to the proper work plane, the wall cabinet is still associating to FIRST FLOOR and is 11-7/8" too high off the level.
These units are "model groups" to be unused in another core/shell model so it is important these components be associated to the correct level.
I should know how to do this, but am apparently missing something simple or maybe I'm out of my league.
I would greatly appreciate and am asking for some community help with this issue.
I'm using Revit 2023.1
Thank you for your time!
