Cannot adjust text tag leader position

I am trying to place some text tags on my presentation sheet but the leaders don`t react to the settings

They are always in the center although I set them for the corners.

Any idea why?

Looks like it partially works for multiline text but is it possible to make it snap to the very bottom of the text?
