Can you making contrete cover tangible?

Hello,

is there a function that makes the concrete cover (Function: Engineering>Reinforcement>Cover) tangible? This would significantly speed up moving or changing existing reinforcement along the green dashed lines. Until now I have drawn normal lines for help.

Why don't you enter an offset distance on Options Bar?

I´ve allways used this method, but with this one you have to first draw a line on the outlines of the component. So wouldn't it be easier to just use the existing green dashed line?

Create a reference plane or Line that is locked with dimension of the concrete cover to the edge of the element. than you can draw it on the outline. If you element moves, the reference plane also moves as it is locked
