can you hide zeroes in schedules? I want the box to be blank

I have lots of boxes with Value 0.00, and it make the schedule difficult to read

is there any formula to hide the Value if 0.00 in schedule ?

for example Total GFA * Public Facilities % = 0.00   then it should be blank or invisible

pls. see the attached images...

Thanks

Hi!

As far as I know, there is no way to show these cells as blank.

One thing that you could do to make it easier to read is to use the Conditional Formatting

To do that, go to the Schedule Properties, and open the Formatting tab, then select that specific field you want to differentiate and click on the Conditional Formating. Then configure it to show as gray (or any other color you want) when it's equal 0.00m².
