Can you Edit the Keynote TEXT STYLE as in test type, capital letters only, bold, oblique? The text style.

Edit the keynote tag family and change the label type.

Yes you should be able to modify the keynote text style by setting the text style to the header, title and data

However if you want to modify the data on the left column to be bold, you would highlight the column and click on the font edit. Here you have the option to override the styles
