I have 12 number of schedule under views, is there a way to export all at once like we do to export sheets in CAD format?
By default, no. However, there are a few add-ins available throught the exchange website that will be able to batch export schedules. ScheduleSync is one of them if I remember correctly
I use Dynamo to extract data and export them Excel or CSV files

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.
How?
I've tried Dynamo and can not find away to export a schedule as a .txt file.
I don't want to export data, I want to export schedules. Because anyone without coding experience can create them.
I want tab delimited text files so I can import them as data into an excel spreadsheet, because then the data automatically updates whenever the excel file is opened.
Extremely simple and robust workflow that requires minimal software expertise from users.
The only problem l have is schedules have to be exported one at a time. Not even a keyboard shortcut works.
Why are the simplest things the hardest to do in Revit?
maybe I'm missing something here but Revit natively lets you export schedules as tab delimited txt files...
Keith, the question was all at once. The export schedule will allow you to export a single schedule at a time only.

ah gotcha. So actually the simplest of things in this case then Revit does fine... ;o)
Personally I prefer my schedules exported as Excel files as generally I find them much more useful but I guess it's horses for courses.

@Anonymous: Have you seen the latest reply to what I assume is your post in this thread over in the Dynamo forum? I have not had a chance to try it out yet, but the Python script looks sufficiently simple that even I can understand it.
EDIT: I was able to get it to work for a single schedule. I need to get back to paying work right now, but will try to work out the code to get it to export all of the schedules in a Revit project.
I took some time to look at this today, and was able to modify the Python Script that Dimitar Venkov posted, so that it will work with a list of schedules, and then came up with a graph that generates that list. The attached DYN file was done in version 0.9.0.3067.
Thanks David, works a treat.
I started creating my own with Dimitar's code but you beat me to it.
Searching all the different Revit forums this functionality is asked for a lot.
I'll close this post and put the results of my efforts on the Dynamo forum.
To batch export multiple schedules as multi-page PDF (or print), one can use the app Reports that is in the Autodesk App Store.
