Can't uninstall nor open Revit 2016

Hello. I have been using Revit 2016 without any problems until recently. Then when I tried to open Revit, it just couldnt be done, because whenever I clicked the icon, the front rectangle showed up, and then it fell. So I tried to restart the computer, to uninstall, repair, reinstall Revit, nothing helped. And now I cannot even uninstall the product, the computer shows that the file SetupRes.dll is missing (as shown in the attachment). I have a new laptop with Windows 10, so I really do not know why this is occurring and it is very uncomfortable, since I have been working on a project in Revit and now I am stuck because the program just won't open. Please do you have any suggestions? I cannot use Microsoft fix it, since it doesnt work on Windows 10..

Hi,

I would suggest you try to run repair from the add or remove program and see if that fix the problem. If not then try to reinstall the software from add or remove program.

@Anonymous hello, you can try this, clear all your temp folder files in c: drive. use "autodesk uninstall tool" to uninstall all Autodesk products. download from virtual agent click HERE .  switch off all your anti virus program and firewall before downloading and installations. hope it helps. thanks
