Is my Revit messed up? I don't always notice it because I don't always need to undo what I'm doing but when I change something as simple as a drafting view's title, my undo option becomes greyed out. This is pretty messed up as I could lose tons of work if I delete something by mistake and can't undo it. Is this the regular Revit behavior?
ctrl z is the first thing I try. This also doesn't always happen when editing drafting views. I just tried it out on editing the title of a sheet and it does it every time. Can't undo if I change a sheet title...
I renamed View Title of the view placed on Sheet and View name via Browser and the Undo list was not affected.
Interesting. It would be be helpful to know the exact sequence of commands that led up to the Undo counter "zeroing-out". I'd like to try and replicate.
I have the same problem on 2017.2. Renaming things in the Project Browser makes Undo unavailable.
Run a wall opening in dynamo editor, which change the whole model wrong way and can not undo either.
Same problem with Revit 2022.... I constantly loose all my undo after renaming a view.(not even the one I'm working in). It is not possible to work like this.
