Can't See My Annotations?

I have two working floor plans for a project/course tutorial and I cannot see my annotations specifically section markers on the 1st floor only.  I am not aware of doing anything different with the 1st floor, but cannot see what I need nonetheless.  The section markers are not hidden in that view, I have tried to reveal hidden elements & there is nothing there.  2nd Floor looks just fine. Everything is visible on my Architectural 1st Floor Plan, which is the cleaned up pretty version. See image. Any ideas appreciated:\

My guess is that it's Phase related.

BTW: those are not "Annotations". Annotations though, are View-Specific.

Your views are at different scales. Check this property for your sections.

"hide @ scales closer than' does not display on my Properties Palette & I cannot locate it on any of my plans.  Is this b/c I am using LT?

Yup, I noticed that & checked both.  No change see image in my last response regarding 'hide @ scales coarser than'

The view scale was the issue.  Thank you for noticing that!  I noticed that the were 1/8 v/s 1/4, but thought is was just telling me that I was zoomed in farther on one than the other. I went through an exhaustive search of VG, Hidden by scale of view(not displayed as such, but apparently still the issue!), Phase of view, Discipline & Crop region.  None was the issue & I had a suspicion it was something little, but did not have the depth of knowledge to know what it might be. Thank you!

To see that property you need to select the section or elevation view, not the plan view. Glad to see your issue is fixed.
