Can't see linked building models in RCP

Hi all,

I am working with a file that links to two RVT models, and a DWG model that I have imported as a family.

I am able to produce plans and sections without issue, however when I create an RCP it is blank (I can't see any elements from any model).

Curiously; when I click and drag from right to left I'm able to see the model as it should display. When I release the click the models are selected, but they are no longer visible (I just see the pin icons for each).

I've checked my phasing and levels. I've also checked depth clipping - when I change the depth clipping options it affects what I can see during the click and drag.

I'm a bit of a noob so thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Cheers, Pete

Activate Reveal Hidden Elements (Lightbulb icon).  See it now?

Hi barthbradley,

Thanks v much for the response. I had tried the 'reveal hidden elements' previously but no luck.

But you got me thinking and I changed the visual style from 'hidden line' to 'wireframe' and everything appeared!

I worked out that one of the imported model elements was a big 'direct shape' that was obscuring the rest of the model. It was tricky because the edges of the big shape did not appear in hidden line style, but I was able to select it and hide it from view once in wireframe.

So problem solved and thanks again for your response.
