Can't rotate whole project

Hi,

Can anyone help me rotate the whole bridge 90 degress (on the bridge plane)?

I've tried rotating/moving but there are restraints that prevents me from doing it.

I've tried grouping everything up and rotating without success as well.

I've tried following some of the answers in this forum however non of them were success.

What more can I try?

I think you can do it using Rotate Project North:

• Manage >Position>Rotate Project North > Rotate Project - 90 degrees CW or CCW
• step 2 : select Toposurface and Rotate it back in the previous position - 90 degrees CCW or CW

• From a 3d view, select all the model elements
• Create a group
• Convert the group to a link
• Rotate the link
• Bind the link
• Ungroup the group.
• Remove the link.

Follow this steps: select all elements - filter - uncheck "Mass" (and group of railings) - rotate. Then select all, pick only "Mass" - rotate on the same angle. To Move the bridge, just do the same thing.
To rotate group of railings - ungroup it, rotate and then recreate the group if you need so.
Use reference planes to rotate, and intersection of the planes as the center of rotation.
