Thanks for taking the time to look at this. I'm a new Revit user and architecture student. Have previous Autocad experience so familar with Autodesk platforms. I have been working on a project for my class using model in place. We were using generic models as the professor was trying to teach us the 5 different options and the thousands of uses that this can be done. We did some drop ceilings, light fixtures, trrimwork, retaining walls, and more. In trimming out the exterior of the home we were drawing, i used this to do all of the trim. I would start to get the above error and even if I deleted the last piece of trim I had done, I would get the same error. All of the model in place pieces were either extrusion or sweep. I have searched on the autodesk site and looked at all of the problems similar to this. I have googled and looked at all of the ones listed there that are similar but can find the solution to my problem. Im running Revit 2023 with the newest update and have only used 2023. I appreciate any help.
Nick
This is a snip of the error message...not sure if this will help. Im sure I could just delete and redo, but I would rather figure this out and know how to fix it and avoid what I'm doing wrong for future work.
Well I had gathered that....but not sure what that exactly means or how it occured. How to you find out what what of a family is unstable or corrupt?
