Can't pick stairs

Hi,

When i try to put srair path, i cannot select stairs. These staird are not sketch-based. How can i solve it?

If there is already a Stair Path indicated it will not allow selection!  Is there a Symbol out of View?

Delete, and it sill allow placement/selection

I have only seen this with Stairs by Sketch, can you share?

The only other limitation is a Detail View but Stair Path is greyed out so self explanatory.

If it is hidden, try drawing a plan region in the view and edit/set your view range setting and see if helps?
