Recently we have obtained licenses for Revit 2019 on a new autodesk account and our old account is no longer in use. However, when signing on with the new account we get the message "Can't edit the element until <old user> resaves the element to central and relinquishes it". However, we cannot sign back in with the old user account as it no longer has an active Revit license. Even if we were to download a trial version, only the 2020 version is available and we need the file to remain on the 2019 version. Any ideas on how to work around this issue?
