Can't Edit a Placeholder

I need to add a placeholder sheet to my index schedule and Inserted a row. The row took on the designation of one of the other disciplines' linked sheets and I now can't edit the placeholder to change it to the unlinked sheet name. Any help please?

Untick Include Linked elements.
