Can't create this kind of element in this view in the current mode.

Good afternoon,

I need help loading the custom sheet I created into my project. Every time I tried to load the project I get the same message "I cannot create this type of element in this view in current mode" but I don't know how to fix it.

I was reading the forum to other people with the same message, but I don't understand the solutions or if I made the same mistake.

Loads fine and dandy on my end.  Create a new sheet and select the titleblock in the dropdown list that appears.

This a title lock family.  You can load it by may methods. One being open both files, go to the title lock family and load in project, then create a sheet in the projects and choose a titleblock type from the list.  You can copy paste aligned a titleblock from one sheet to others.
