Can't create a room in a new phase

Hi, I have a problem with room placing. In a phase "EXISTING" I created a room closed with existing walls and floors. In a phase "NEW", my existing walls hasn't changed but I'm not able to create a new room. There is a note which says, that room is not in a properly enclosed region. For now I created room separators, but I'd rather use a different solution. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a Room Bounding Element was Phased out.  You need Room Separation Lines in this case.
