Can't copy/paste aligned to selected levels

Hello all, 

I'm having trouble trying to copy/paste a model using the Aligned to Selected Levels option.

It gives this message:

Change offset value so that column height is not 0.0 

I have no idea what this means.

I would set column with a value so when you copy, it doesn't set the level the same with 0.
