Can't copy model text to other levels

I put several model text elements on my roof plan level and want to copy to the first floor plan, but Revit can't find a host for them. It has to do with the view template, but I can't figure out what to turn back on. Which category is model text in? I've tried "Generic Models" but that doesn't work.

Solution: Copy aligned to same place then change the work plane.
