Can't click anything on the Revit 2020 dashboard after closing a file

One of our users told me that none of the buttons on the Revit Dashboard work after he closes an RVT file. He has to exit out of Revit and then re-open it to be able to open a project again. Has anyone else had this issue?

Sounds like you are talking about the Home Screen.  See the Arrow in the upper left? Press it.

try to install latest updates from autodesk and see if helps. thanks
