I can't assign a 2% (1.15°) slope to the attached roof. Does anyone know why and how to fix that? Thanks

Try 5% in sketch mode, finish and close, and then select the roof and change 5% to 2%.
it looks that your roof is too thick for this slope. If you make it thinner it will work..

Yeah. Revit didn't like it. I put in 5%, finished out of Sketch Mode and changed the whole Roof to 2% under its Properties.
I can suggest you are trick to overcome it...

Just select the Roof and change the value for "Slope" under its Properties -- like is shown in my screenshot above.
I see you are using 2009. I was testing your file with 2020. Maybe 2009 can't do it. Dunno. I'd just go was @constantin.stroescu 's suggestion.
Here is the one that uses the original roof type. For this type of slope, I would assume the structure be flat and only the insulation/roofing be sloped.
Never mind @Anonymous. I was testing using your Project/Roof units. Never occurred to me to verify the units.
