Hi, I'm taking an Intro to Revit class (Revit 2022) and I need to use "US English Content for Revit 2022" for assignments. I have downloaded RVTCPENU.exe, but am unable to see it as an option in Revit when I try to "Load Family". I found RVTCPENU.exe on my computer, and copied it to a couple areas I thought would allow me to find the file from Revit, but still no luck. I've included a screen shot of what I see when I try to "Load Family". I've tried suggestions on the forums that I could understand, but nothing has solved the problem. I saw a post about deleting and re-installing Revit, but am concerned it would again load without the Family I need. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any suggestions? Thanks.
You may want to reinstall the content. Click on the link to download 2022 content

If you don't want to install, click on load Autodesk family
You should access all the family that is not installed locally into your computer
Hi syman2000,
Thanks for your suggestions. I have reinstalled many times, to multiple locations, trying to get it to work.
The "Load Autodesk Family" is not clickable in my Revit 2022 program.
I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like, I'm not sure if you can see it.
Thanks again,
Kir
Have you install RVTCPENU.exe?
Hi,
The Load Autodesk Family is greyed out because you are executing the command to place a Door. Just don't execute any command yet and then you should be able to use the function to download a family.
Select Accept as Solution and Likes are always welcome.

you need to select load family and should be in the correct views?
or go to oprions > file locations and look for the correct revit template and families?
