Hey there,
I'm trying to sign into Autodesk 360 from Revit 2015, so I can render in the cloud.
It's saying Service is not available, temporarily unavailable. To try again later... This has always happened. No matter how long I wait.
I have the been able to access Autodesk on the internet with no issues with logins there.
Thanks for any help on this matter,
KK
Hi @Anonymous,
Welcome to the community! ![]()
I'm going to start by providing you with "general troubleshooting" methods which you could first try which might resolve your issue.
Have a look at the posts below:
I had the same problem before, even after going through the above-mentioned issues. The posts above resolved this issue for some users within our company, but I still had problems. I could login to A360, and it shows that I'm logged-in, but once I tried to render via the cloud or tried to run energy simulations, I received the same error message without fail.
What I did was to request my IT managers Autodesk Login details as he is the one who purchased the software and all of the software packages fell under his account. Once I logged-in with his details, everything ran smoothly. This is not ideal, but it gets the job done. (If you don't have an IT manager, speak to the person in charge of license purchases and ask for his/her login details and test it).
I hope this helps! ![]()
