I recently have bought new monitor and was extremly happy about more working screen. However, my happiness ended quickly becouse of issue that appeard. After pluging my new monitor i wanted to work on dual screen ( new for work and old for other stuff), but during my work with Revit i realised that menu lists does not work.
Example: I tried to change underlay. In Range: Base Level i have always clicked arrow near current level and then list showed up and I could easily change to other contignation. Now i try to click on arrow and list just doesnt appear. What is funny that after switching Revit window to old monitor everything works smoothly.

Probably you are dealing with the same issue I have
The problem causing this is that the two screens have different scaling values. (e.g. left 125%, right 100%)
This problem goes away if both screens have the same scaling value
It is a known bug and Autodesk is aware of this issue
So try to set both displays on the same scaling value and see if that fixes your issue.
