Can I shade rows in a schedule using ´Begins with´

I have a shedule I want to shade All the type marks that begin with A a certain colour, and then i want to shade all the typemarks that begin with B a certain colour

Please see image

Is this possible?

You can do it via Format > conditional format.

Doesn't appear you can.   "Equal to" and "Not Equal to" are the only Test rules available.

But to build on that, you could add another parameter that is simply A or B or whatever else.

Could you use a different parameter for the conditional that displays the same for the differing types? Like are all Types that Start with A hosted on the same level? What is the commonality that dictates why the type mark start with A or B or whatever and use that in your conditional.
