Can I have revit 2018, 2019 and 2020 installed on my PC?
Are there any issues that doesn’t allow me to do that?
There will be any conflict between the licenses?

… hi @Anonymous
… for as long as I know you can have the three versions without a problem
…. the only thing is that you will have to be extremely careful when saving those projects
…. you need to know and always remember REVIT never ever saves projects backwards
…. nevertheless… why do you need all three versions?
… I know…. I know ….. consultants
… just remember that will be a pain in the a$$... trying to remember each version

Asked and answered. Why do you need all three versions? Because REVIT never ever saves projects backwards.
Legacy Projects is why you need all three versions.
To determine Revit Version without opening file, select file name in Window's Browser, right-click and Open With Notepad, type CTRL-F and enter "B U I L D". Version is right next to " B U I L D" .
