Hello!
Please help me with an issue I am having for some time now.
Currently I intend to move a teamwork Revit project from BIM 360 Design into our office's server, thus making it a worksharing model through the office's LAN.
The central Revit file has the exterior curtain wall added as a linked Revit file and the location of both files is on the BIM server.
If I try to download them manually, the connection between them breaks and I lose a lot of dimensions for Revit makes me to delete them because the host is no longer available..
Img00 - shows the file from BIM
img01 - shows the file after it has been downloaded from BIM
Is there any way for me to download them both and keep the dimensions?
Thank you for your help

I don't know if it works, but what about to Bind Link in your file, and then convert the Group to a new Link: Replace with a new Project File?

Thank you for your suggestion. It sounds like a nice workaround.
I'll try it and tell you how it went.
Hello!
I tried to do that and the dimensions were not kept. It only preserved the dimensions applied to the grids, for they were not changed.
It crippled the dimensions immediately after merging so I got no chance to try if I can swap the group with the reference.
After trying some workarounds I finally solved it.
1. I saved the referenced file from BIM 360 Design in the office server.
2. Opened the main central file from BIM360 Design.
3. Changed the path of the reference from cloud to the location where I saved it initially
4. Saved the central file to the same location.
No dimensions were deleted and the file is identical to the one in the cloud.
Thank you!
