I'm getting an error message telling me to make sure the stair path crosses all risers and landings.
But, as far as I can see it is.
Anyone see any different or know what the issue might be?
I'm persevering with Revit's native stair tool and trying to trace over the stair below (rather than retreating to the familiarity of a custom build family). The other issue I'm having is that I can't make this tread cut into the landing like it does - see below. Anyone know why this might not work?
Thanks so much for any help!
Pretty sure you can model the stair in the second picture with two runs and a landing. Convert the landing to sketch and edit it.
This for instance. I only seem to be able to flip the entire stair, when I only want to flip this run.
Is there a way to do that? (thanks so much btw for your continued help!)
Rotate the stair run 180-degrees.
...or Mirror. Six of one; half dozen of another.
Thanks! (that's a little silly, I didn't check the obvious - was too busy looking for a flip switch)
I'm still having errors with this - see below:
The above stair has come out like this and I haven't a clue why! Its supposed to go from level 00 to 01 with two half landings. I think the errors are obvious and don't need explaining. I've attached a model in case anyone would be gd enough to see what's going on.
The mid landing is to high. You can change its elevation. Or, edit sketch and copy clip sketch lines; delete the landing and create a new one picking the two runs, convert the new landing to sketch and pasteclip the sketch lines.
