I am trying to change the line weight of my call out tags when I go under manage, object styles, annotation objects, callout heads and change the line weight it does not change, what am I doing wrong?  I can change the leader line weight, I was able to find it under the section category, in plan the call out tag with a boundary is correct in elevation when it is just the leader and call out it is not correct.

Manage tab Settings panel (Object Styles).

Click the Annotation Objects tab.

Under Category, expand Callout Heads

Use the Line Weight, Line Color, and Line Pattern columns to specify the desired settings for callout heads.

Also make sure you Turn Off Thin Lines

Not sure then as it works here! - Remember to Turn Thin Lines On/Off
