Callout tag is showing detail number twice

I have a number of callouts and in each case, the tag is showing the detail number twice rather than the detail number AND the sheet the view is placed on.  Attached is a picture.  Can anyone help?

Hi,

Have you checked the family used by the callout if it's actually referring to the Sheet number?

In the properties it does show it referencing the correct sheet and right under it shows it referencing the correct detail. For some reason not translating into the callout tag

Hi,

That's the properties of the callout object, for the Tag family you have to dig a little deeper into the Type:

1. Select callout

2. Select Edit type

3. Select the Type displayed in Callout Tag (when hovering it shows a button with 3 dots at the end, press that)

4. In the last screen it will show the actual family used, find this one in the project browser families under the category Annotation symbols.

5. open this family and inspect the label if it refers to the sheet number.

In the family select the text (label) that should display the sheet number and edit label, does it refer to "Sheet number"?

It looks like I simply needed to reload the family into the project but thanks for this
