Callout Disappears in Coarser Scales

I thought I was creating all my section callouts the same, but I have one that disappears in scales coarser than ¾”. I’ve read the documentation that tells me to change the View Parameter, but after looking thru all the visibility settings and object styles I cannot find it. Please someone direct me to this well-hidden parameter.

The parameter you're asking about is "hide at scales coarser than".  You can find in in the instance properties of the view just under the Graphic Display Options button.

If that's not it, make sure the coarser scale isn't causing the callout head to get so big that it puts it outside the anotation crop region.  That could also cause it to disapear, and since you think all the callouts should be the same, maybe that's it.

I am still not finding it, but suspect I am still looking in the wrong place. Here’s what I get when I click on Graphic Display Options and don't see "hide at scales coarser than".

I described that in a funny way I guess.  By "under the graphic display button", I actually meant below, not "after clicking".

Anyway, I tried this out for a minute, and I realize that the parameter we are talking about is not actually available on some types of callouts, like plan ones.  Go figure.  If it is a section tag, you will see the screen below.  If it is a section callout, there will be one more parameter between "Graphic Display" and "Hide at scales..." called "Show in".  Fix the "Hide at scales..." to be what you want, and let me know if that works.  If it doesn't, it might be something else going on, and we can try messing with the "Show in" parameter to fix it.
