I'm trying to add a calculated value to a scedule but it doesn't work? Everything is set to number and calculate totals?

I found the solution to this one myself. The problem seems to be that I'v made a project parameter and placed them on masses, but the thing is that these masses was actually families (Conceptual masses). But the parameters I created sucsessfully found their way to the "Mass Families".
So I added the parameters directly in the family itself as a shared parameter and the calculation works!... Strange???
