Calculated Formula of Percentage show a 0% for a number when it shouldn't

I've create a percentage field for showing the ratio of different types of rooms I have in project. All looks good except one of my unit types is showing I have 11 units, but as a percentage is shows as 0%. Realistically it should be around 3%. I don't know why this is happening since all the other unit types show as an actual percentage (all be it larger that they should since they've gain part of the 3% that shouldn't be there). 

Anyone run into this and know how to fix?

Most of the % are vastly incorrect.  121 = 30% vs 114 = 38%, 14 = 8% vs 64 = 16%... Share you file maybe.

Yeah I'd noticed those as well. Unfortunately I can't upload the files.

Where did you get the Count field?  The built-in Count cannot be used in a Percentage parameter.
