Calculate Site Coverage

Are there any tricks, or something really obvious I am missing to calculate site coverage in Revit through schedules?

At the moment, I have a calculated value and manual formula, which works fine, but the reason for my enquiry is the scenario I have come across twice now, is the subject site lot area has changed due to master planning options, and each time the subject site boundaries change, I have to manually update the formula... an accident waiting to happen...

the math is Site Coverage (%) = Total Building Area x 100 / Total Site Area

So let's go with 300x100 / 450m² = 66% Site coverage.

The problem I have is, I need two schemes to document this in Area plans, and you can't connect these in a formula...

Any other ideas? (I can't use dynamo in this instance either)

thanks in advance for any help.

This answer stinks. Why would the site, likely measured to calculate FAR coverage, be measured in the 'rentable' category, which is meant for unit interior dimensions. This screws u schedules down the line. Bad answer. Revit needs a category for site area totals that isnt 'building gross' or 'building rentable'.

'Rentable' is just the name of the Area scheme. You can create new Area schemes and name them however you want, such as 'Not Rentable', or 'Stink', or 'Site Coverage'.
